MSc, BSc(Hons), MCSP, SRP

FOUNDER & SPECIALIST PHYSIOTHERAPIST

Anna Turgoose has been a fully qualified physiotherapist since 1999. She is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council and the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy.

Anna began her career with the NHS and went on to specialise in the Performing Arts, serving as the lead physiotherapist and Head of Medical & Wellbeing at the world-renowned Central School of Ballet in London for over 20 years, as well as a specialist consultant for the BBC.

Anna has an MSc in Advanced Sports Medicine, and fitness is very close to her heart. She can often be found running and cycling, competing, or training for her latest challenge (which includes anything from local triathlons to IRONMAN events).

Most recently, Anna has developed her practice in Women’s health. Combining her knowledge of the musculoskeletal system, whilst recognising the different chapters and phases of a woman’s life.

She treats patients of all ages and fitness levels from her private physiotherapy practice in Winchester, Hampshire.

A note from Anna:
“I believe in healthspan. Healthspan is the period of your life that you spend healthy, rather than simply how long you will physically be alive.”

Three things to know about Anna:

  • Her friends and clients describe her as having an infectious positive outlook.

  • She’s great at motivating people and has a sensitive, yet structured approach

  • She lives in Winchester, with her husband Ben, and two children— they can often be spotted out running with their dog Ruddles in tow!
